Refund policy

Your happiness matters to us. If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. For hygiene reasons, beauty and personal-care items can only be returned if they are unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
